Where do I begin… Shannon is absolutely incredible. We started our process for an ehcp and were let down by the system time and time again. I reached out to Shannon after having an ehcp refused (again) and without hesitation Shannon phoned me and we started our journey with Shannon being our boys advocate. Shan goes above and beyond, nothing is ever too much hassle, call or text she's always there, even when you're at the point of giving up, Shannon will pick you back up. Without Shan's help we wouldn't be where we are today. Shannon has become our light at the end of the tunnel, she definitely knows her stuff! We wouldn't choose anybody else to be our boy's voice! Thank you so much for everything you have done for our family and continue to do. You really are incredible. Honestly if you are looking for a Sen advocate Shannon is your woman, you'll definitely wish you had found her sooner 💕

I had the opportunity to attend Shannon's workshop today and it exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be good, but it was extremely good. The session was incredibly informative—Shannon really knows her stuff, including the law, acts, and codes of practice. I highly recommend Shannon at All Things SEN. She is a true advocate for our children, demonstrating incredible compassion for families through her own experiences. Thank you, Shannon, for a wonderful day. I've learned so much. While it's disheartening to see how many families and children are let down by the Local Authority, today's session offered hope. It provided families with the knowledge and tools needed to give their children a better education and to never feel that they are fighting losing battle.

Shannon is amazing, I was feeling really deflated and hopeless about getting my sons ehcp in place to start school in September, she arranged a free initial consultation with me and the next day we had a formal complaint into our Local authority, within 48 hours I got a response and we feel like we are finally getting somewhere. Shannon knew exactly what she was doing, she is confident, knowledgeable and so reassuring. 110% would i recommend Shannon!! This woman is genius…she helped with a SAR request on Saturday & Monday morning a hour of the LA being in the office hundreds of missing pages from the final bundle have appeared in my email You woman are a star!!

I would 100% recommend Shannon, after only having her advocate for us for a week, I already feel more confident and comfortable about my son getting the help and support he needs from school. Definitely recommend shann. She has not only helped me 3 years ago getting my son in to sen school last year shann spent time fighting for my daughters ehcp to which she was granted one. Shann is the most loveliest lady who goes above and beyond everything sen.shann is a good friend even tho we live 400 miles away i know if i need her for anything sen she is always a txt/phone call away. Shannon couldn’t have been more supportive! I contacted her the day my son was placed in a school that couldn’t meet his needs and it took Shannon less than two weeks to get my LA to agree to move him to our chosen specialist school! She kept my updated at every stage, and dealt with everything. I’ll be forever grateful as without her he’d be without a school.

What can i say, id honestly be lost without Shannon fighting mine and my child's right to education. Shannon supported myself in a meeting that usually i would find extremely daunting with multiple professionals all trying to force to sway the outcomes what they feel best for themselves, opposed to whats best for MY CHILD,with Shannon's help knowledge and guidance along the way, we are now in prime position to be able to have my child back in an education setting RIGHT for him not what's right for "anyone else"

This girl can and she absolutley will fight for what is right for your child aswell as the added support on a personal level. my confidence in Shannon grows more by the day if anybody knows their stuff it's most definitely her. I don't think anybody has ever had our backs more than Shannon both legally and supportively. Shannon has kept me going when I've not mentally had it in me to get what is needed for my son and I honestly would not recommend anybody else !

I attended an online workshop with Shann and the things that were discussed were so informative, I have now a much better understanding of the education system and laws that surround it when it comes to SEND. It was delivered in a way that we all could understand, follow and digest making it so much easier to retain the information. I highly recommend All Things Sen to anyone who needs the information to assist them in any education issues Shann is so understanding and that's what you need she will put you on the right path

Before meeting Shannon I had given up on the system completely. I had got to that deflated point where I thought i just had to accept nobody was going to fight much more to help my daughter. I was wrong I just hadn’t met the right person to help me. I would 100% recommend Shannon in a heartbeat to anyone who is in need of guidance & help in regards to anything SEN, in the short 8 weeks she has been helping me the support she has shown me has been outstanding nothing is any trouble for her, we still have a way to go yet but I have never felt as confident that at the end of all this I will have support in place and that is fully down to Shannon and her knowledge

well what can I say I actually love this girl more than my husband 🤣 she has not only won our appeal process and got our son into the correct education setting but she been my therapist on my tough days and after all stress.. If your going into an appeal yes I'd totally say have an advocate, and this is your women, she will have your back and always go above and beyond.. You are amazing Shannon

I have reached out to Shannon on lots of occasions regarding both daughters with autism and one also ADHD. Shannon is amazing at advocating what best routes to take and also has solved numerous amounts of difficulties. Shannon knowledge about acts and laws of additional system is something that has supported so many families by allowing them to have their own rights and voices heard. Shannon is not only full of knowledge but she also lives the life of a sen parent a mum who truly gets it all and can give her own experiences of every day life. Keep smashing it Shan! ❤️
