Meeting Representation

We offer dedicated advocacy support to ensure your voice is heard and your rights are upheld during important meetings.

This service includes:

  • A preparatory call with the parent or carer to understand your needs and concerns.
  • Support with meeting preparation and documentation.
  • One hour of advocacy representation via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • In person representation is also available upon request.

    Please note: mileage fees with apply for travel.

Education Health Care Assessment Request

This includes a detailed review of your child/young person’s needs, existing support and provision. We will prepare and submit a comprehensive EHC Needs Assessment application directly to your local authority, ensuring it is clearly evidenced and aligned with legal requirements. 

As part of this service, a Subject Access Request (SAR) will also be submitted to obtain all relevant information held by the child/ young person’s education setting. This helps ensure that the application is supported by accurate and complete documentation.  

Appeals

Full advocacy support for appeals relating to Sections B, F and I.

Subject Access Requests

Accessing your child’s records can be a vital step in understanding decisions made by schools, local authorises, and other services. We support parents and carers in submitting clear, effective Subject Access Requests (SAR’s) under the UK GDPR.

This service includes:

  •  A consultation to identify the information needed and relevant organisations.
  • A professionally drafted SAR letter tailored to your request.
  •  Guidance on where to send it and what to expect in response.

Optional add-on:
We can also review the documents you receive and help you identify any concerns, gaps, or inconsistencies that may support future actions such as appeals, complaints or EHCP amendments. 

Annual Review Support

Annual reviews are a key opportunity to ensure that an EHCP continues to meet a child/young person’s needs. We offer expert advocacy to help you prepare, participate confidently, and follow up effectively.

This service includes:

  • A preparatory call with the parent or carer to understand your needs and concerns.
  • Support in reviewing existing reports and the EHCP.
  • Guidance on suggested amendments to the plan.
  • Advocacy representation during the annual review meeting (via Zoom/Teams or in person)
  • Follow-up advice on next steps, including responding to the local authority.

    In-person support is available upon request. 
    Mileage fees will apply.

Outreach Support

We work in partnership with education settings to promote inclusive practice and strengthen support for children and young people with SEND.

This service is tailored to the needs of each setting and can include:

  • Observations and informal assessments
  • Advice on reasonable adjustments and inclusive strategies.
  • Support with SEND processes, including referrals, reviews and EHCP contributions.
  • Staff training or guidance sessions.
  • Liaison with parents/carers and external professionals. 

Our goal is to build capacity within your team and support positive outcomes for every learner.

Ghost Lettering

Need helping putting your concerns into words? Our ghost lettering service supports parents and carers by drafting clear, well-structured emails and formal complaints on your behalf.

This service include:

  • A consultation to understand the issue and desired outcome.
  • A professionally written email or letter tailored to your situation.
  • The final draft returned to you, ready to send in your name.

You stay in control of the communication – we just help you say it with clarity and confidence.

Coffee Morning

We offer welcoming, informative coffee mornings designed to engage and empower parents and carers of children with SEND. 

These sessions provide:

  • A relaxed space for parents to connect, share experiences and ask questions. 
  • Expert-led discussions on key topics such as EHCP’s annual reviews, appeals, and accessing support. 
  • Up-to-date information on rights, processes, and local services.
  • A proactive approach to identifying concerns early and guiding next steps.

Coffee mornings can be arranged in partnership with schools, nurseries, or community groups. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the parent/carer community and can be held in person or virtually.
